My leadership journey began when I was promoted on my first job after 6 months of being hired. At the time, I had no idea what it truly meant to lead a team of individuals. I learned the power of having mentors and coaches along the way. Since then, I have successfully led multiple teams across 4 different industries. I have built successful teams, helped organizations develop clear and concise process and procedures, and worked with individuals that were interested in climbing the corporate ladder.
